Resin Ashtray Pictures – Black and White Playing Card Ashtray

I recently got a custom order for an ashtray, and this is what I made for it! It is both black and white with little playing cards in the bottom and the sides.

It took about 3 days total to make, because every layer takes about 2 hours to dry enough for me to put another layer on top, and then the whole thing takes a total of 24 hours to dry to the touch at the end. This goes without saying, but if you ever purchase a custom piece from me, it will take a bit to make!

This was a lot of fun to make and I really enjoy making custom orders! I am really excited to start making really cool things for really cool people and getting my name out there more!

This is obviously not for sale, but if you would like a similar one, please leave a comment, send me a message on my contact page, or send me a DM on my Instagram page! An ashtray similar to this one would be $20 if you live in Las Vegas, and $25 if I have to ship it to you!

If you would like a custom ashtray, the general pricing for just color and glitter in my medium to small molds would be $15 locally in Vegas, and $20 if I am shipping it to you. This would be $5 extra if I am using a larger mold, since it takes more resin to make. The general pricing for color, glitter, and flowers or a picture or whatever else you want me to put in it would be $20 locally in Vegas, and $25 if I am shipping it to you. If you would like me to add a magnet in the bottom or the sides, that would be $5 extra. If you wanted something that had more stuff than this, the pricing varies.

If you would like to see any of these pictures in the future, they will be uploaded to my Resin Pictures site page! It is an easy way to find pictures that I have uploaded after a while!

Thank you all so much for reading my blog post and supporting my journey! These pictures will be up on my site page titled Resin Pictures after I post this blog!

P.S. If you or anyone you know has just gotten into resin or would like to get into resin, make sure to check out this blog post: https://baileymchatton.com/2021/01/31/tips-i-learned-while-using-resin/ This is a collection of all of the tips I have learned since I have started using resin. I am constantly updating this with all the new tips I learn as well!

    1. Thank you! I’m super glad that I got to make this custom ashtray because it made me use my creativity to figure out the best way to make it. You can get a lot of things that are small versions of regular items, and I really love using them in my resin things! Thank you for commenting! 🙂
