Hello! This is the first of five posts where I will be displaying some ashtrays I made! These are all St. Patrick’s Day themed, but not all of them are very true to the colors of the holiday.
All of these can also just be regular ashtrays, or gifts for your loved ones. These five ashtrays will all be for sale! These can also be used as little containers. People I know have put things in them such as rings or little trinkets. I am going to make a post at the end of posting all of these ashtrays individually that has all of them together so you can look at them all in one place!

This specific ashtray is a dark green, light green, and black ashtray. I used mica powder so all of the colors are metallic and shiny. I love this look and I want to do more things that look similar to this ashtray.

I tried to use a third shade of green with the alcohol inks I have, but my green ink turns blue when I put it into resin! I will eventually end up making green alcohol ink resin, but I will have to mix some yellow and blue ink for that. I am excited to see how that turns out in the near future.
This is for sale! It is $15 if you are local to Las Vegas, and $17 if I have to ship it to you. I would also love to make a custom ashtray if you would like something similar to this, so make sure to send me a message if you want one!

I poured this entire ashtray in one go, and I was hoping that none of the colors would be significantly heavier than others, and that they would marble nicely. I have had the problem before where some of the colors sink to the bottom and others float, creating a layer effect instead of a marbled effect.
I really love how this ashtray turned out, and I want to experiment with the colors mixing like this again, with some different colors.

If you would like to see any of these pictures in the future, they will be uploaded to my Resin Pictures site page! It is an easy way to find pictures that I have uploaded after a while!
Also, if you would like a custom ashtray, the general pricing for just color and glitter in my medium to small molds would be $15 locally in Vegas, and $20 if I am shipping it to you. This would be $5 extra if I am using a larger mold, since it takes more resin to make. The general pricing for color, glitter, and flowers or a picture or whatever else you want me to put in it would be $20 locally in Vegas, and $25 if I am shipping it to you. If you would like me to add a magnet in the bottom or the sides, that would be $5 extra. If you wanted something that had more stuff than this, the pricing varies.
Thank you so much for reading my blog post and supporting my journey! I really appreciate all of you and I hope you liked my pictures! I also really hope that one day, you may want to buy something from me!
P.S. If you or anyone you know has just gotten into resin or would like to get into resin, make sure to check out this blog post: Tips I Learned While Using Resin! This is a collection of all of the tips I have learned since I have started using resin. I am constantly updating this with all the new tips I learn as well!
