Music Tuesday Update! – Aftershock

Hello! This is not another Music Tuesday post, but one about Music Tuesday. I would like to inform you of my plans for the next few months for Music Tuesday.

One of the main reasons I have a blog and want to live in a van is to travel to music festivals. Music festivals came into my life a couple years ago, and I eventually decided that was what I wanted to base my life around for the next few years or so. Of course, there are other reasons to me wanting to live in a van, but this is the main reason.

One thing that I really love about going to music festivals is being introduced to so much new music. There are always bands that I know or have heard of, but there are always even more that I have never heard of.

When I have gone to recent festivals, before the pandemic, I have wished that I knew more bands and had heard of them. I love singing along to music, and I always wished I could have done that with more bands when I see them.

Every time I go to a music festival in the future, I want to make a Music Tuesday post about every single band that will be attending that festival. I know that this will not be the most enjoyable things ever, but I know that discovering new music, bands, and songs I like will be worth it in the long run. I also think that knowing these bands at the festivals I go to will help me have a better time that I would have without that.

The next music festival that I plan on going to is Aftershock 2021. This festival takes place over three main days, October 8th, 9th, and 10th, and a new fourth night on the 7th for people who bought tickets for 2020 and never got to go.

I will be listening to every band on the lineup, not in order. Even if I know the band, I will still be writing a post about them and listening to all of their music so I can further familiarize myself with the music that they have made.

Here is the lineup if you would like to look at it, and the link to the Aftershock website if you would like to learn any more about it: Aftershock Festival If you have any comments about any of the bands or my plans for Music Tuesday in the future, please leave a comment because I love hearing from all of you!

I have several more festivals in mind to start listening to, so there will be more of these kinds of posts and lots of new bands for me to review. I also have a list of all of the individual bands I want to review outside of festival lineups, so that will be exciting as well.

Also, if you have any suggestions of other bands or festivals that I can check out, please leave them in the comments below so I can add them to the list! I want to go to every festival there is in the near future, so I would be happy to hear from you.

Thank you all so much for reading my blog post and supporting my journey! I appreciate it so much, and I am so excited to finally start executing this plan I have to listen to all of this new music.

P.S. If you would like a custom ashtray, the general pricing for just color and glitter in my medium to small molds would be $12 locally in Vegas, and $4.25 extra if I am shipping it to you. This would be $5 extra if I am using a larger mold, since it takes more resin to make. The general pricing for color, glitter, and flowers or a picture or whatever else you want me to put in it would be $15 locally in Vegas, and $4.25 extra if I am shipping it to you. If you would like me to add a magnet in the bottom or the sides, that would be $5 extra. If you wanted something that had more stuff than this, the pricing varies.
