Custom Buttons and 50 Followers!

Hello! This is going to be an informational post about another thing that I can make: button pins! I’ve been able to make these for a while, with the original intent of selling them, but forgot about them until now! I’m really excited to tell you guys about this, since I think you might be interested! This post is also going to include some very exciting information that I want to share!

Button pins are little pins that you can put on clothing, bags, inside of cars, backpacks, etc. that express who you are as a person. They can be completely customized to have anything you want on them, and they can be put almost anywhere!

These are the kinds of buttons I am talking about! I know they are really popular these days!

I have made custom orders for people a couple of times, mainly for family members. I have made “besties” buttons for a birthday party, I have made “3rd birthday” pins for another birthday, and I have made a bunch of customs that are just one button for friends of mine.

If any of these things interest you, please leave a comment, send me a message, or send me an email so we can talk about it. I would love to make more custom orders for you and to make your event more fun! I love that these pins can be put anywhere and I love how customizable they are.

I bought a button machine a few years ago to make custom orders like these, and I have a ton of materials in stock. If you have any suggestions or comments about these things, please leave them in the comments so we can talk about it!

The button machine that I bought makes 2.25 inch buttons, which some people think are too big, but I think they are a great button size because they let people express more stuff in more detail on the button instead of having a tiny button with almost no room.

Here are all of the button sizes that are made, and I have the 2.25 inch one. I might get a smaller size in the future, but not right now.

Going along with this, I can not only print things out and make a button out of them, I can also make art and then put it straight into a button! I think this is a super cool idea and I would really like to get started on that soon. If you are interested in that, please leave a comment!

I am also thinking about making large batches of buttons with normal sayings on them that I think a lot of people would like. If you would be interested in this, let me know! I think it would be a fun thing to take to festivals to sell or to advertise on myself and then carry some extras around in my car with me in case someone wants to buy one.

Also, if you know anyone who would want to buy one of these, or have a custom order made, please let me know so we can work something out, or share my blog with them. I really appreciate it when you guys share my blog with people you know since it really helps my blog grow.

In other news, we just reached 50 followers! This is a huge milestone for me and I did not think I would reach it this fast at all. I only made this blog in September of 2020, so it has only been up and running for about 7 months in total, since I did not do much the first month.

Since this is such a big milestone, I would like to do something special for you guys! I am going to put a poll in this post so you can vote on what I do for it, or if you have any other suggestions, please leave them in the comments so I can add them to the poll as fast as possible, or so I can keep in in mind for my next milestone, 100 followers!

I never really thought I would have a blog, let alone one that is actually making money and gaining a following, so this is really big for me! I have a few cool ideas of what to do for this in mind, and if you would like to vote in the poll, here is the link: What should I do for reaching 50 followers?!

One of the poll options is to do a stream on Twitch where I talk and make art. I might be doing this a lot more in the future, so if you wanted to follow my Twitch, my username is baileysxs !

I would really appreciate it if everyone reading this post voted in this poll, since it is a huge milestone for me and it would really help me figure out exactly what you guys want to see from me. I love making these polls because it helps me interactmore with my audience, which I think is very important.

Thank you all so much for reading my blog post and supporting my journey! I appreciate every single one of you who reads these posts, and I would like to thank every one of you for helping me get to this huge milestone! I’m going to work as hard as I can to keep it up!

P.S. If you would like a custom ashtray, the general pricing for just color and glitter in my medium to small molds would be $12 locally in Vegas, and $4.25 extra if I am shipping it to you. This would be $3 extra if I am using a larger mold, since it takes more resin to make. The general pricing for color, glitter, and flowers or a picture or whatever else you want me to put in it would be $15 locally in Vegas, and $4.25 if I am shipping it to you. If you would like me to add a magnet in the bottom or the sides, that would be $5 extra. If you wanted something that had more stuff than this, the pricing varies.

    1. Thank you so much! I really like the idea as well, and I have been thinking about this for a while. It is a nice idea for small, wearable art, and I think that it would sell well if I finally got around to it! Thank you for commenting!
